8 New Fonts & Font Library Updates

Discover eight new fonts for your websites in the library—all tailored to look great on screen. They replaced the Paratype fonts. In this post, learn more about the new fonts and get some tips on what to do if your project uses one of the removed fonts.

New Fonts In the Library

New fonts added to the Site Settings from the Google Fonts library. You can use them in your projects for any purpose, free of charge.

TikTok's brand font: a modern, slightly playful sans serif with distinctive details that reflects the dynamic brand and is easy to read in headlines and menus.

Jost. A modern geometric sans serif inspired by Futura, but with softer curves. Perfect for both headlines and body text.

Nunito. A friendly, rounded sans serif with a warm character. Easily readable in large volumes.

Sofia Sans Extra Condensed. A narrow geometric sans serif, expressive and stylish, often used in headlines and branding.

Golos Text. A neutral sans serif with balanced proportions and good readability for long texts.

Literata. A serif font designed for reading digital books; combines traditional classics with a modern form and high readability on screens.

Inter Tight. A narrow version of the popular Inter: a highly legible geometric sans serif with compact shapes.

Google's brand font. A clean, modern geometric sans serif with soft shapes, inviting and easy to read.

Fonts That Are No Longer Available

The following Paratype fonts are no longer available in the Tilda library:

FuturaPT
Circe
Circe Rounded
Reforma Grotesk
Mediator
Mediator Serif

If these fonts are being used in your projects, please replace them. If you don't do so by the end of 2026, you will be required to purchase font licenses directly from Paratype.

Suggested Alternative Fonts To Use Instead

You can replace the font in the Site Settings with a similar one. Open Site Settings → Fonts, and select a suitable font. Once selected, republish all pages of the website.

Tips to choose a replacement font:
